He is an Associate, Nigerian Institute of Management (ANIM) (1992) and the American Institute of Management (1993).A 1981 graduate of Economics and Accounting from the University of Hull, U.K., Pastor Ighodalo trained and qualified as a professional with the firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers in 1986.
He is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (1994) and the Nigeria Institute of Taxation (2000). As former Managing Partner, Ighodalo & Co, he brings to the firm 20 years of experience in Auditing, Accounting, Taxation, Human Resources and Financial Advisory Services. Pastor Ighodalo has logged 19 years of experience in running a practice.
He is the Editor-in-Chief of TIMELESS Newspaper, THE CHRISTIAN NEWS and TIMELESS BUSINESS & LEADERSHIP QUARTERLY. He also sits on the board Twelve (12) nongovernmental organizations
He is a Partner at SIAO (a firm of Chartered Accountants and Management Consultants) and also Chairs Uni-Courage Web Media Ltd.
Pastor Ituah gave his life to Christ in 1993 and was ordained pastor in 1995 by The Redeemed Christian Church of God. He has worked as Associate Pastor of Freedom Hall, (later renamed Hope Hall) as well as the City of David Parishes of R.C.C.G. and has been involved in international missions, helping to pioneer several Redeemed Christian Church of God parishes abroad. He was the Parish Pastor of RCCG Christ Church for 10years. He is married to Ibidun Ighodalo.

Prince Niyi Akenzua was born and raised in Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree in Economics from the University of Jos. He also received extensive training at the AMERICAN EXPRESS BANK, LONDON.
Since his graduation from the University of Jos, Prince Niyi Akenzua has developed a prestigious career in Nigeria. He began his professional life as a banker with extensive trainings in various areas of banking and business management in Nigeria and abroad. He worked for several years with the Central Bank of Nigeria before joining the private banking sector. He continued his banking career for several more years before going into business.
Pastor Niyi Akenzua is the number 2 man at Trinity House, a man full of the Holy ghost, soft talked and a great spiritual father, brother and leader. He is married to Pastor Mrs. Eme Akenzua and blessed with children.
Mr. Bayo Rotimi is a 20-year investment banking professional. He graduated from the University of Lagos in 1990 with a Bachelors degree in Economics and in 1992 obtained a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Sheffield in the UK. He joined the investment banking division of Fountain Trust Merchant Bank in 1994. He later moved to the investment banking group of Lead Merchant Bank in 1997 prior to joining FCMB Capital Markets Limited, one of Nigeria’s leading investment banking firms, in 2001.
At FCMB Capital Markets, Bayo acquired significant experience as Head of Corporate Finance. His experience spans Capital raising (debt, equities and hybrids) and Financial Advisory services (Mergers&Acquisitions, Corporate Restructuring, Privatization Advisory and Project Finance). Over the years, Mr. Rotimi had worked on numerous landmark transactions including:
Debt and Equity capital raising exercises for leading Nigerian and multinational companies such as GT Bank Plc, Intercontinental Bank, First Bank, Union Bank, Access Bank, Cadbury, Oando Plc, Dangote Sugar, Dangote Flour, RT Briscoe Evans Medical. He also worked on the Lagos State Revenue Bond (2001) and Debt issuance program (2008);
Mergers & Acquisition transactions involving companies such as Total Nigeria Plc and Elf Petroleum Nigeria Ltd, Unipetrol and Agip, FCMB and Cooperative Development Bank, UNTL and Nichemtex, Universe Reinsurance and Sterling Assurance amongst others;
Major Privatization (buy and sell-side) transactions such as NITEL, NAHCO, Afribank, Unipetrol (now Oando), National Oil (now Conoil), Benue Cement Company (now Dangote Cement) etc;
Complex Corporate Restructuring mandates for Guinness Nigeria Plc, CFAO Nigeria Plc, BHN Plc, Dumez among others; and,
Project Finance track include a proposed 5-star medical facility in Abuja, a mixed use real estate development project comprising of a shopping mall, office and residential accommodation as well as a refinery project in the Niger Delta.
He is an Associate of the Certified Pension Institute, member Chartered Institute of Bankers, Director of Treasury, Association of Issuing Houses of Nigeria (2006-2008) and continues to serve on several committees inaugurated by the Securities and Exchange Commission to facilitate the development of the Nigerian Capital Markets.
Prior to establishing Quest Advisory Services Limited in January 2009, Bayo had risen to the position of Chief Executive Officer at FCMB Capital Markets Limited. Quest, in its 5-year existence, has provided a range of advisory services to numerous companies including Guinness Nigeria Plc, Computer Warehouse Group, GTHomes Limited and GTB Asset Management Limited (formerly subsidiaries of Guaranty Trust Bank Plc), the Tolaram Group of Companies and IEI Assets Limited. Quest has also provided capacity building solutions to entities such as Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, the Securities & Exchange Commission, the Nigerian Capital Markets Institute, Radix Capital Partners Limited, Access Bank Plc, Skye Bank Plc among others.
In addition to running Quest, Bayo teaches at the Lagos Business School, and has taught Finance on the MBA, Executive MBA, and Senior Management Programs. He also teaches Strategic Planning at the Enterprise Development Centre of the Pan African University and supports its various initiatives such as the Experts-in-Residence program that mentors SMEs. Bayo is the Chairman of the Investment Committee of ARM’s Discovery and Aggressive Growth Funds.

Growing up in a talented musical family meant different forms of music always surrounded Afolabi. His parents exposed him to a wealth of music as a child, all of which influenced his development.
His first foray into learning an instrument himself was inspired by a book he read titled “ The Dream Seed “ author, Mike Murdock, with his favorite quote “ the proof of your desire in life is pursuit” he started to learn to play the saxophone at the age of 14 a decision which he never looked back from.
He has performed with several artistes in–country and internationally and also played at the international Jazz festival in Lagos. Afolabi gets his inspiration from great minds like, Grover Washington Jr, Kirk Whalum, John Coltrane, Gerald Albright, and his spiritual mentor Pastor Ituah Ighodalo.
In his professional capacity he has a lot to his credit, he led the team that Certified the Central Bank of Nigeria on ISO 27001 (information security), the regulator has in turn mandated all banks to comply to the same standard, a member of the British Standard Institute and Business Continuity Institute in the United kingdom.
Afolabi functions as chief visionary and inspiration officer for the group. He provides strategic direction, articulates corporate vision, mission and strategy as well as values that define the culture of the team.
In May 2013, he was sought after by the Irish Government (Enterprise Ireland) to help facilitate a financial service seminar to inspire business men in Ireland to see investment opportunities in Nigeria, His exceptional facilitation style was attested to when the Government led several business men to Nigeria on a major trade mission to the country in conjunction with the Central Bank of Nigeria, he is one of the nations most sought after speakers.
He is happily married to his best friend Opeyemi, a renowned and celebrated singer, and lawyer turned beauty Consultant, CEO of Studio 54; they have 2 kids who are also musicians in their right.

Ayodeji Jeremiah is a writer, editor, trainer and media & communications consultant. He holds a first degree in Biology from the University of Lagos and a Graduate Diploma in Computer Science. He has several years multi-disciplinary working experience in the Public Relations, Teaching, Information Technology, Media, Administration and Publishing sectors.
